Company Profile

1st Commercial Lending, LLC, was founded in September of 2004 after observing the growing opportunity in the commercial finance markets.  With new lenders, programs, and terms being offered, the typical small to mid-size commercial property owner was given more options to restructure financing and be placed in a more advantageous financial position.  In turn, by providing better than local bank financing, 1st Commercial Lending was also able to open up new purchasing opportunities for first-time and experienced commercial investors.

1st Commercial Lending’s mission is to provide our clients with the ability to make an informed financing decision regarding the purchase or refinance of their commercial property.  Although we secure loans nationwide, 1st Commercial prides itself on the local lender relationships we have built since our inception.  We have very strong ties to multiple portfolio lenders who fund throughout the state of Florida.  This leads to a competitive advantage by allowing for a local, deal-specific common-sense lending environment.
